News and events

Next week our Sunday School class will continue discussing James 3. All are welcome. Nursery is provided.

The Sunday school for ages 3-6 meets in room 108.

The Bible study at the Watkins’ home meets at 6:00 p.m., and is studying John’s gospel. All are welcome.

An Inquirer's class begins next week during Sunday school across the hallway.

Next Sunday we will be celebrating the Lord's Supper. We will also have a covered dish luncheon following the worship service. Please bring a main dish and a side dish or dessert to share with visitors. Please provide your own serving utensils. Drinks will be provided.

Sunday School will begin meeting promptly at 9:45 beginning in September.

The elders are contemplating beginning a Wednesday evening Bible studay and prayer meeting, and are requesting input from the congregation.

Preparing for Worship (9/12/2010)

The sermon will be on Jonah 4:8-11, "Pity the Nations." Please read the text in advance with your family and pray for the ministry of the Word.
